Craft using Infinity Catalysts and Crystal Matrix Ingots. This is a late-game machine. Supply it with massive amounts of cobblestone and power.

Extremely high FE consumption. You will need multiple Mekanism Fusion Reactors or equivalent to keep it running.

Requires huge amounts of cobblestone (~10,000)

A single Neutronium Ingot requires ~10,000 cobblestone. Set up a cobblestone generator!
Use Mekanism Digital Miner or Create drills to automate cobblestone production at scale.
Neutronium is required for Infinity Ingots — the ultimate endgame goal.
This is one of the last machines you'll build. Don't rush it.
